the banning powers have become an issue so, i will consider taking them back........

This is becoming a huge deal on the site,

We want the site to stay clean and tidy,
and a good way to keep it like that is to not have double posting.

A lot of you new guys post 1 thing. then post something else saying "lol"

that is an unnecessary post,

and if you did need to say that,
